Why we built this

We are a small team of home bakers and developers who fell in love with sourdough the hard way — through flat loaves, dense crumbs, and recipes scattered across forums, notebooks, and screenshots.

We built My Sourdough Story because we were tired of digging through endless threads to find a single recipe, only to discover the directions were vague and the measurements were inconsistent. We wanted one place where every recipe is formatted the same way, every bake is documented, and every baker can see their own progress unfold.

Our goal is simple: give sourdough bakers a home to share, grow, and improve together. Whether you are on your first loaf or your five hundredth, your story matters here.
